Game Recap

Hoboken was able to exact a little revenge on The Kearny Kardinals on Thursday, winning 88-82 after a tough one point loss to them back in mid January. It didn’t start off well for the Redwings who were trailing 25-8 rather quickly, but a 3 point basket as the clock expired on the first quarter by JV call up Victor Martinez got the team going and the Redwings responded from there. Justin Davis matched his career high of 41 points along with 12 boards for another monster performance. Tyshon Hanberry was back to his dominant self as well going for 26 points 7 assists and 6 rebounds. Nyjon Freeman provided a big spark off the bench with great defense and 7 points. Gralen Vereen had a great game for Kearny and finished with 35 points.
