Redwing Baseball Scores Huge Victory

The Redwings bounced back from an opening day loss with a 3 to 2 victory over defending Hudson County Champion Marist High School.  Sophomore Nicky Burke twirled the complete game gem.  Coach Baker on the win, “Nicky is a tremendous competitor.  He did a nice job of keeping Marist off-balance….Our team showed great character today

JV Softball Victorious in Season Opener

The JV Softball team beat Hudson Catholic today with a score of 9-1. Jaeda Henriquez pitched a complete game having 12 strikeouts and at the plate went 3-4. Rayza Lopez went 2-4 including a homerun and 2 RBI. Varsity and JV will return to action tomorrow as they head to Kearny.

Redwing Boys Basketball Recap

This season was a good learning experience for the Boy’s Basketball program. The Varsity team finished the season with 8 wins, including their 1st state tournament win since 2009.  The season ended with a 1 point loss in the 2nd round tournament of the states.  The team was involved in many close games all season

Girls Swimming Recap

The Hoboken Girls Varsity Swim Team finished their 2014-2015 season with a 2-7 record.  The girls were led by Captains Sarah Rivera and Dominique Rotondi.  Key contributors to the season included Sarah Rivera, Dominique Rotondi, Karena Chazin, Sophia Higgins, and Corrine Calvanico. The season ended on a high note with a win against Hudson Catholic.
